We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our team at Pinnacle People - Casual as Food Service Assistants and Catering Assistants in aged care settings and healthcare environments. These roles require individuals who strive to provide exceptional service and possess a passion for hospitality and healthcare.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Prior experience in aged care facilities or healthcare settings is highly regarded.
  • A recent Flu Vaccination is mandatory, and evidence of this must be provided.
  • A minimum of 3 doses of a Covid-19 Vaccination is also mandatory, and evidence of this must be provided.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of HACCP is essential.
  • The ability to work within the guidelines of an approved Food Safety Plan is crucial.
  • Experience in room set ups and meal service, including delivering meals, is required.
  • Front and back of house operations experience is necessary.
  • Understanding of dietary requirements and ability to read patient manifests is essential.
  • A current Food Hygiene and Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain is required.
  • Maintaining a clean work area is a must.
  • A high-level of personal presentation and grooming standards is expected.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize is necessary.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early and late shifts, and weekends, is required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • A Police Check or willingness to obtain one is necessary.
  • Both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine (and booster if eligible) are mandatory.

**Uniform Requirements:**

  • A black tailored trouser, plain black t-shirt, skull cap, and black apron, and black enclosed shoes are required.

**Additional Requirements:**

  • A high level of personal presentation and grooming standards is expected.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
