About the Role:This role will work at the intersection of digital content, analytics, and platform integration, helping shape, support, and improve digital journeys within a regulatory and customer-focused environment.
- Manage and analyse digital content and structure using Sitecore CMS, including templates, components, and workflows.
- Partner with business and technical teams to support API-driven integrations across member portals and third-party platforms.
- Analyse digital performance metrics and user behaviour to inform decisions and improve user experience.
- Ensure all digital experiences meet compliance standards relevant to superannuation (e.g. RG 97, member disclosure).
- Support A/B testing, personalisation strategies, and digital campaign execution.
- Produce regular digital insights reports using tools like Google Analytics, Sitecore Experience Analytics, or Power BI.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to support continuous improvement.
- Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting Sitecore-related or integrated service issues (e.g., payment gateways, calculators, member tools).
- Ensure digital projects are delivered with performance, accessibility, and scalability in mind.
