About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Contract Administrator to join our team at Talent Web. As a key member of our property development team, you will be responsible for assisting with contract management and administration tasks, working closely with our Senior Contract Administrator to support ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Preparation and Review: Assist with the preparation, review, and management of contracts for various property development projects.
  • Contractor and Stakeholder Liaison: Support the Senior Contract Administrator in liaising with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Project Monitoring and Tracking: Monitor and track project progress to ensure compliance with contract terms and timelines.
  • Procurement and Document Control: Assist with procurement processes and maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
  • Contract Issue Resolution: Help to resolve any contract issues that arise, under guidance from the Senior Contract Administrator.
Requirements
  • Experience: Ideally 1-3 years' experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Property Development Knowledge: Exposure to property development or construction projects is preferred.
  • Software Skills: Experience with CHEOPS or similar project management software is highly desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, good communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a willingness to learn and develop within a growing team.
