Job Title: Community Development Manager
Role OverviewThe Community Development Manager will lead the implementation of our community development strategy across Tasmania, supporting staff in delivering impactful community engagement activities.
Main Responsibilities- To design and deliver major projects and programs focused on community building;
- To build and maintain strong partnerships with government, community organisations, research bodies and private sector stakeholders;
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in community development or a related field;
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. social sciences, public health);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
