Job Title: Executive Director - Operations

Nunkuwarrin Yunti aims to promote and deliver improvement in the health and wellbeing of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their families.

The Executive Director will lead a range of programs that support emotional wellbeing, cultural safety, and healing, including Link-Up SA, Redress, Tackling Indigenous Smoking, Stronger Families Stronger Communities, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support managers across multiple programs delivering health and community services.
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, accreditation standards, and funding agreements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Tertiary qualification in Business or similar field or relevant managerial experience.
  • Experience in managing client-focused service functions, preferably in a community environment.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and Aboriginal health and community issues.
