Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 100 staff members, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage cash handling, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with other leaders on recruitment, event management, and seasonal planning.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance, customer satisfaction, and staff engagement.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- At least 12 months experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
- Current RSA and RCG certificates.
