Position Overview
This role focuses on the effective management and organization of health information, including internal performance metrics, mandatory reporting, and activity data oversight. You will be tasked with generating compliance reports and analyzing performance data to ensure that senior management receives the necessary information to meet reporting obligations.

  • Responsible for scheduling and executing health-related reports from the Electronic Medical Record system to maintain compliance with performance metrics.
  • Facilitate the collection and distribution of data within established timelines for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate health-related complaints and manage data associated with these complaints under the guidance of senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate relevant administrative experience within a healthcare environment.
  • Manage reporting and data analysis tasks effectively.
  • Oversee the coordination of health-related complaints and ensure accurate data management.
  • Provide necessary information to staff to aid in the preparation of responses to complaints.
  • Collaborate with the Patient Liaison Office to resolve complaints within designated timeframes.
  • Possess a current National criminal history check or be willing to obtain one, including necessary security clearances.
