Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the business for the port and drive quality and effectiveness in operations, resources, and processes.
  • Plan, deliver, and proactively achieve cost savings through efficient management.
  • Implement and optimize procedures relevant to operations, prefunding, approval processes, and account production to enhance productivity.
  • Coordinate and support port calls, liaise with clients and vendors, and develop a strong local and industry network.
  • Stay up-to-date on new business and sales opportunities, port activities, and regulatory changes.
