We are seeking a seasoned Middle Leader to fill a critical role in our Academic Leadership team as the Associate Dean of School Operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in driving operational excellence within our Prep – Year 12 annual timetable.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, innovative and creative skills to effectively manage exam blocks, NAPLAN, Academic Awards and Photo Days.
- They will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to accommodate requests while meeting operational requirements.
- Able to provide leadership, inspire and motivate others to support the School's philosophy, core values and Christian ethos.
- Lead the day-to-day running of the Senior School.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Cultivate effective relationships with staff, students, parents and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current Queensland College of Teachers Registration (QCT).
- Advanced IT competency in timetabling software, learning management systems and Microsoft programs.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate and interact with staff, students, parents and external stakeholders.
