We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional to work with a well-established physiotherapy team.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that combines clinic and community visits, providing exposure to diverse conditions and patient streams. You will be working closely with case managers and carers to provide continuous feedback and progress reports.

  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop personalized care plans.
  • Execute treatment plans and collaborate with the team to ensure effective patient outcomes.
  • Provide safe and efficient treatment sessions.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting home visits and NDIS patient consultations.
  • Working collaboratively with the physiotherapy team to achieve shared goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on patient progress.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
