We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Private Practice Physiotherapist to join our established clinic in Sydney's south western suburbs on a full-time basis. Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and develop tailored treatment plans to meet their individual needs.
  • Provide hands-on therapy using a variety of techniques and modalities to promote patient recovery and well-being.
  • Prescribe and demonstrate exercises to help patients regain their mobility and strength, with a focus on empowering them to manage their condition effectively.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress throughout their treatment, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
  • Educate patients and their families on self-management techniques and exercises they can continue at home, promoting long-term recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients, with a focus on delivering seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of physiotherapy, actively participating in professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy.
  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care, with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes and promoting patient well-being.
