Digital Network Model Specialist

We are on a mission to revolutionize critical infrastructure by empowering utilities with digital network models. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge solutions that transform the industry.

Your primary objective will be to build and deploy customer-specific digital network models. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery.

To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions. Proficiency in Python is highly valued for this role.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Initiating project builds with customers at the end of the Sales cycle

Defining project phases, timelines, and deliverables

Executing project set-up and data ingest processes

Developing the model and associated deliverables to meet project requirements

Configuring or customizing solutions as outlined in the project scope

Conducting testing and final QA/QC of project deliverables to ensure readiness before customer deployment

Ensuring our system is fully deployed to meet customer expectations and specifications

Delivering comprehensive training to customer project stakeholders on model setup, usage, and outputs

Proactively communicating with internal teams to resolve operational issues within our systems

Providing regular project status updates to customer stakeholders and internal Leadership

Maintaining open professional communication with colleagues, partners, customers, and vendors to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

We value self-motivated problem solvers who can quickly identify and address complex challenges. Additionally, proficiency in written and spoken Japanese is required.
