About the Project

The Hazelwood House Youth Foyer Project aims to provide housing provision services to meet the needs of Gippslanders. Our goal is to convert Hazelwood House into a fully accredited Youth Foyer Facility using the Advantaged Thinking model.

This project involves leading the pre-planning and implementation phases, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a Project Action Plan
  • Implement an effective project model
  • Consult stakeholders on priority focus areas and operational initiatives
  • Coordinate the project team to deliver results for phase 2 execution
  • Develop a workforce plan and evaluation framework for the youth foyer model
  • Initiate Phase 2 - Implementation of the project
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating daily activities of project team members
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to identify project objectives
  • Refining project specifications with the Project Steering Committee
  • Monitoring project plans and schedules
  • Ensuring team members have clear goals and work collaboratively to achieve outcomes
  • Driving project execution, tracking delivery, and controlling change
Requirements

A highly motivated leader with a collaborative mindset, tertiary qualifications in project management, and experience managing challenges and problem-solving for clients is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
