Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our Ground Operations team as a Runner in the Ringwood area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the prompt and accurate fulfillment of all consignment merchant orders received.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process orders via internal systems
  • Pack and prepare delivery containers for safe transportation
  • Efficiently transport packages between retailers and merchants
  • Inspect and examine items to ensure packing specifications are met
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Perform off-site errands and tasks as required
  • Conduct end-of-day procedures, including bin runs and cleaning duties
  • Comply with all training and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Communicate and report any safety or operational issues to the Ground Operations Coordinator

Requirements:

  • All training will be provided, but past experience in warehouse, pick-packing, and hospitality/retail roles will be highly regarded
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Ability to work in a flexible and busy environment with physical and manual handling
  • Good attitude and ability to work in a repetitive and autonomous environment
  • Availability to work across Tuesday to Sunday, including weekends
