We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our Ground Operations team as a Runner in the Ringwood area.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys being active and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Receive and process orders via internal systems
• Pack and prepare delivery containers for safe transportation
• Run packages between retailers and merchants, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Inspect items and products to ensure packing specifications are met
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Perform off-site errands and tasks as required
• Conduct end-of-day procedures, including bin runs and cleaning duties
• Comply with all training and procedures, including wearing PPE while on the flight line
• Communicate and report any safety or operational issues to the Ground Ops Coordinator

• All training will be provided, but prior experience in warehouse, pick-packing, or hospitality/retail is highly regarded
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
• Comfortable working in a variety of outdoor conditions, including rain, heat, and wind
• Good attitude and ability to work in a repetitive and autonomous environment with physical and manual handling
• Flexibility to work across Tuesday to Sunday, including weekends
