We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to support the Area Manager in leading our Fulfillment Center team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising associates, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities- Manage daily operations, including allocating labor, leading meetings, and assigning job duties.
- Supervise associates, providing coaching and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards.
- Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives, driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience leading teams, mentoring, and coaching. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with computers and Microsoft Office.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, and coaching teams.
- Experience working within a similar field (manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/large retail).
- Availability to work 38 hours+/week, and overtime as required.
- Comfortable lifting up to 16 kilos, standing/walking for up to 10-12 hours, and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching, all with or without reasonable accommodation.
