Water Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Water Consultant to lead our team in delivering surface water projects nationally. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to grow and expand our Water Services group.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership through the delivery of surface water projects, and support the growth and success of the team.
  • Contribute to business development activities and the growth of a National surface water team.
  • Demonstrate and deliver on technically accurate data analysis and reporting.
  • Manage and deliver medium to large-scale projects from proposal to completion, building strong client relationships and communication.
  • Provide expert advice on surface water/water issues, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other technical disciplines (i.e. ecology, social, cultural heritage and spatial analysis) to develop innovative and tailored solutions.
  • Provide positive leadership and guidance to junior staff, fostering a collaborative, productive and fun work environment.
About You
  • A degree qualification in Engineering (Water).
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in water/environmental consulting.
  • Sound capabilities in managing water related projects.
  • Strong leadership with a people focus, thriving in a fun, friendly environment that values work-life balance, while delivering innovative, high-quality technical work.
  • Ability to distil complex information and tasks to be able to communicate to a broad audience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
