Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to join our team at Level Group ANZ. As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all company processes and ensuring structured daily operations. You will manage and coordinate all departments, encompassing both field operations and office personnel. Your primary goal will be to formulate and execute strategies to meet the company's goals and objectives.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience is required.
- Administration experience is well regarded.
- Experience with leading people.
- Proficiency in Computer general Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Use of software to assist in operation management and reporting.
- Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face-to-face.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Simpro experience.
- Experience with business operations management.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
