Operational Manager

As an Operational Manager at Level Group ANZ, you will be responsible for overseeing all company processes and ensuring structured daily operations. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to manage and direct all departments, encompassing both field operations and office personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategies to meet the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and coordinate all departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience is required.
- Administration experience is well regarded.
- Proficiency in Computer general Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication styles depending upon the audience.
- Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
- Willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
- Accomplish objectives effectively within the time frame given and carry out administrative duties within the portfolio efficiently and on time.
