We are seeking a highly skilled Early Intervention Specialist to join our team. As an Early Intervention Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in making a meaningful impact for children aged 0-6 years with developmental delays and their families.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments for young children to determine appropriate intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualised intervention plans.
- Provide direct speech therapy services in both individual and group settings.
- Support families, educators, and professionals in creating inclusive environments and staying up-to-date on best practices.
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (essential).
- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (essential).
- Experience working with young children with developmental delays or disability and their families.
- Openness to work in an innovative, dynamic, and relationally informed early intervention model.
- Knowledge of early childhood intervention principles and best practice.
- A current driver's license, willingness/ability to travel to clients (pool cars provided).
- A current Blue Card.
