Welder Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. A Welder is responsible for performing welding tasks using various techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform welding tasks using various techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment, including welding machines and torches.
  • Select and prepare appropriate materials for welding.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of welds meet company standards.
  • Conduct inspections to identify and address welding defects.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and practices related to welding.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in various positions and environments.
