The Role

We are seeking a skilled Job Coach to join our team in Queensland. As a Job Coach, you will work one-on-one with clients to provide support for sustainable career outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Encouraging and motivating participants through activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities;
  • Reverse marketing clients to employers;
  • Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
  • Providing exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders at every stage of the process.

Key Requirements

Experience in customer service or client-facing roles (minimum one year), along with a passion for helping people and a desire to be part of our collaborative team.
