The role of the Principal Assessment Operations Officer is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of assessment and testing programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to multi-disciplinary teams, serving as a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive significant projects forward, offering authoritative advice and reports on best practice strategies and innovation.
- Maintain stringent levels of security and confidentiality across all stages of the life cycle of test papers.
- Monitor current and emerging issues, contributing to project plans and initiating timely resolutions.
- Offer updates, recommendations, and solutions in the delivery of core business activities.
- Foster professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Inform direction setting, organisational capability building, and resource management.
This position demands a strong ability to conceptualise and identify business and system improvements, ensuring staff are equipped to advance new approaches. The role works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes within stipulated timeframes.
