About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Gymnastics Coach to join our team at YMCA NSW. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality gymnastics programs and services to our members. You will work closely with our qualified Gymnastics Instructors to ensure that our programs are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver gymnastics programs and services to our members
  • Work closely with our qualified Gymnastics Instructors to ensure program delivery
  • Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of all aspects of YMCA gymnastic programs, educational trends, and industry development
  • Be an energetic and motivated person who is not afraid to use their own ideas and initiative within their class environment
Requirements
  • Current First Aid certification
  • A minimum Beginner's coaching accreditation
  • Coach Affiliation/Technical Membership (desirable)
  • Experience working with groups of children from various ages
