Our Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Cadetship Program is a comprehensive initiative aimed at supporting talented students in their academic pursuits and professional development.
About the ProgramThe program provides eligible students with opportunities to gain valuable work experience, develop practical skills relevant to their field of study, and receive ongoing professional support and mentoring.
Cadets will have the opportunity to participate in industry-leading oil and gas projects, advance their professional development, and begin their careers within an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace.
Key Benefits- Paid vacation employment at our head office in Perth or Brisbane
- Annual study allowance of $12,000
- Annual books and equipment allowance of $1,000
- Ongoing professional support and mentoring
- Opportunity to be considered for our Horizons Graduate Program upon completion of a relevant degree
We are looking for Australian Aboriginal students in any year of study in various disciplines, including Engineering, Information Technology, Earth Science, Corporate Affairs, Human Resources, Health and Medical, Finance, Business, and Law. To be eligible for the program, you must be of Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent, enrolled full-time at an Australian university, and able to provide confirmation/proof of your heritage.
