About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant to join our team at Genpact Australia. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level consulting services to our clients, leveraging your knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financial implementation and support engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and configure the Source System, Event Type, and Event Class for Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH)
  • Configure Journal line Rule (JLR), Account Rule (AR), and Descriptive Rule for FAH
  • Design and implement data flow from legacy systems to Oracle GL module, BI, and OTBI reports
  • Map source and Oracle fields, reconcile data between source and Oracle GL
  • Integrate source applications with Oracle GL through FAH configuration
  • Provide solutions, design, configuration, testing, and documentation of Financials Accounting Hub (FAH) and General Ledger (GL)
  • Work with clients to understand their business processes and data flow, and advise on strategic solutions
  • Prepare effort estimation documents and present to stakeholders
  • Work on large-scale implementation and support projects
  • Coordinate Conference Room Pilot, SIT, UAT
  • Deliver operational analysis, business process re-evaluation, user training, and testing of modules
Requirements
  • More than 4 years of relevant work experience in Oracle Cloud Financial implementation and support engagements
  • Expertise in defining and configuring FAH, including Journal line Rule (JLR), Account Rule (AR), and Descriptive Rule
  • Knowledge of data flow from legacy systems to Oracle GL module, BI, and OTBI reports
  • Ability to work with clients to understand their business processes and data flow, and advise on strategic solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
