Bio Product Development Specialist

Job Description:

The role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and expansion in the biosimilar and generic market. Key responsibilities include developing business plans, implementing sales & marketing campaigns, and providing key account support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for achieving agreed sales, productivity, and performance targets within agreed budgets and timescales
  • Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and best-in-class customer relationship

This position requires strong communication skills, with the ability to achieve agreed contact, coverage, and frequency targets through various communication channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A minimum of 3-5 years experience in Sales in Healthcare/Pharma/related business is required. Specific product knowledge and an established network to target customer group are desirable.
