We're seeking a Seasonal Parcel Sorter to join our team during our busiest time of the year. As a key member of our parcel processing team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parcels and mail to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort parcels and mail using manual or machine-assisted methods with the aid of scanners
  • Load and unload mail from mail bags, trays, containers, and metal cages (Unit Loading Devices)
  • Operate and use load shifting equipment such as hand pallet devices and stackers while collaborating with operations staff to get the mail into the facility
Requirements:
  • Available to work from October through our peak period
  • Enjoy a physical role, able to lift up to 16kgs of mail and parcels regularly, with a great memory and attention to detail
  • Safety-conscious and able to safely operate equipment such as conveyors, loading/lifting devices, including pallet jacks to load and unload parcels from trucks and vans
  • Comfortable handling parcels that may contain meat and/or alcohol products
