About the Role

As an Employment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting job seekers to transform their lives.

You will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and job seekers, to deliver tailored employment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for job seekers with local businesses
  • Support job seekers to identify skills to become job ready
  • Deliver high-quality service while adhering to contractual requirements
  • Enhance employability through training and support service referrals
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local businesses and community groups
What We're Looking For

We hire people who are driven, solution-focused, and have a proactive approach.

Individuals who demonstrate empathy and compassion towards those with disability, injury, or barriers to employment are ideal candidates.

People who are motivated to go above and beyond for their participants, have excellent communication skills, and can demonstrate composure and adaptability through daily challenges are suitable for this role.

Previous experience in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration can be beneficial.
