About the Opportunity
">We are seeking dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at Lady Banks Rooftop Bar, part of Bankstown Sports Club. This is an exciting opportunity to progress your hospitality career in a dynamic and professional environment.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Providing exceptional customer service, greeting all customers and projecting a positive image to guests and staff.">
- Assisting with bar service, focusing on cocktail making, and providing efficient and accurate service of food & beverage items to customers.">
- Restaurant duties include table preparation, food & beverage service, and cleaning responsibilities.">
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships across diverse cultures.">
- Cash handling and ensuring excellent communication skills.">
Essential Requirements:
">- Experience working in an al a carte restaurant environment and prior experience in a bar setting, with knowledge of responsible service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.">
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to carry 3-plates and create/maintain relationships.">
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team and communicate effectively (verbal and written).">
- Immaculate personal presentation, holding RSA and RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain) and rights to work in Australia.">
- Flexibility to work when required, including weekdays and weekends.">
