Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team of dedicated educators in delivering high-quality educational programs for school-aged children.

This is a casual position available in our Out of School Hours program, offering flexible shifts around study or family commitments.

No formal Early Childhood qualifications are required for working within our Out of School Hours program only, but people who do hold current Early Childhood qualifications are encouraged to apply.

A deep commitment to ensuring children's safety and wellbeing is essential.

The successful candidate will establish warm relationships with each child, their families, and colleagues while delivering engaging education and care.

Key Requirements
  • Experience working with children and young people.
  • Knowledge of the My Time, Our Place Framework, National Quality Standards, and National Law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity.
  • Commitment to Anglicare's mission and values.
  • Current First Aid, CPR Asthma & Anaphylaxis qualifications or willingness to obtain.
