Synaco Global Recruitment is part of a large multinational recruitment organisation servicing the human resources industry. We are seeking a motivated individual to develop and advance their payroll career as a valued member of our payroll function supporting the business nationally.
The Role
- We are looking for an experienced professional to assist with the end-to-end processing of weekly payroll.
- To be successful in this role, you will need to ensure compliance with all related legislation.
- Maintaining confidentiality, data integrity, system parameters, and records management is crucial in this position.
- Providing high-level customer service to stakeholders is essential.
- You will need to respond to employee pay queries in a timely manner.
- Operational support to the Finance team as required.
Personal Competencies
- You must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a team.
- A basic level of Microsoft Office suite knowledge, specifically Excel, is required.
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-focused positions is necessary.
- You should have great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to juggle different tasks/requests and adapt to change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
