  • Provide continuous support to clients post-employment;
  • Identify areas requiring additional training and facilitate support;
  • Maintain accurate records of client placements and progress;
  • Offer in-situ support to participants and employers to ensure sustainable employment;
  • Liaise with employers, clients, and team members to maintain employment;
  • Assist with claims management and risk escalation;
