Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned warehouse leader to manage our national dealer network

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-performing teams and navigating complex logistical issues

Key responsibilities include planning and prioritizing multiple work fronts efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely quality and preventative outcomes in relation to the supply of genuine OEM parts

Role Description:

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse team, providing strategic leadership and direction to achieve business objectives

The successful candidate will be a strong customer-focused leader with a relentless commitment to delivering on our promise of Total Customer Satisfaction

Key responsibilities include managing inventory holdings, coordinating logistics and transportation, and developing and implementing process improvements

Requirements:

  2. Leadership Experience: Govern oneself and the warehouse team with unwavering integrity, values employee inclusion coaching and mentorship of a positive cross-functional team focus
  3. Relevant Experience: Management of a large warehouse or logistics operations is a distinct advantage. Experience in warehousing of bulky and unconventional parts would be highly regarded
  4. Strong Computer Literacy: Microsoft Dynamics experience or similar CRM to manage significant inventory holdings along with sharp commercial business acumen and efficiency
  5. Personable and Professional Communication Skills: Your personality and charismatic character will set you apart from the rest when dealing with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer success stories
