We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care to your residents, ensuring a safe and supportive environment within the facility.
About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and implement client care within your scope.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing individual needs and preferences
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based interventions
- Maintain accurate records, adhering to organizational standards and regulatory requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Post-registration experience in aged care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
