The Behaviour Support Practitioner is a key member of our Behaviour Insights Team (BIT), responsible for delivering high-quality services in behaviour assessment and interventions at Shrink & Co.

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides mental health and specialist behaviour solutions. Our team is committed to creating value for our clients and their families, and we start by providing an exceptional client experience journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver on the outcomes of the position
  • Work collaboratively with the fulfilment team to enable throughput of clinical service delivery
  • Contribute to the development of high-skills in the area of neurodevelopment
Requirements
  • Registration, or eligible for registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS
  • NSW Working with Children's Check clearance
  • QLD Blue Card clearance
  • Satisfactory NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Satisfactory vaccination status
  • Driver's licence
