We are seeking a results-driven professional to support our store team in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members, helping them grow in their roles and develop their skills.
- Oversee daily operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in customer service or a related field.
- Experience in driving sales and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and coach a team to success.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Visual merchandising experience is highly desirable.
