We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a challenging role.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders to provide forward-looking analysis and commercial insights to drive operational performance.
- Key responsibilities include project pricing, terms negotiation, live project reviews, variation management, and working capital performance.
- This role will deliver commercially focused financial solutions and advice to the business.
- Provide trusted financial guidance to key stakeholders to align business direction and financial strategies.
- Conduct analytical reviews on project budgets to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Support and manage financial aspects of projects within the business.
- Prepare and analyze various monthly management reports to inform business decisions.
- Analyze actual vs budget expense accounts on the Profit and Loss Statement to identify areas for improvement.
- Tender Reviews on project pricing, assess profitability and risk to optimize business outcomes.
- Assist in addressing queries from various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Possess tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Pursuing or completed CPA/CA qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate 3+ years' experience in a finance partnering or similar role.
- Able to operate under ambiguity and develop innovative business solutions.
- Strong ability to influence, manage, and prioritize across diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in delivering commercial outcomes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as BST, financial transaction systems, and data analytics tools like Planning Analytics (TM1), PowerBi is highly desirable.
- High level of competency in MS Office applications.
- Experience in a project environment is highly desirable.
