Job Description

Key to driving financial success is the role of a Senior Finance Manager.

This pivotal position oversees and directs the financial operations, ensuring they align with strategic goals and support fiscal health.

  • Lead and develop a finance team, focusing on key responsibilities that drive growth and profitability.
  • Drive strategic planning initiatives, collaborating with MRO VP Ops to optimize operational performance.
  • Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, working closely with Business leaders.
  • Monitor and manage working capital, implementing strategies to optimize cash flow and ensure financial stability.

Key responsibilities include leading a finance team, managing financial operations, and driving strategic planning initiatives. These efforts support the overall success of the MRO, Avionics, and Components businesses.

The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of experience in finance, with expertise in FP&A, business partnering, and strategic analysis.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical tools like Power BI or SAC.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office is also required.

A strong understanding of the aviation industry and MRO operations is necessary for success in this role.
