As an experienced SDET / Test Automation Engineer with hands-on expertise in Selenium and Java, you can take on a challenging role in a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will drive test automation efforts using Selenium + Java, design scalable automation frameworks from scratch, collaborate with developers, testers, and BAs in Agile/Scrum teams, ensure best practices for test coverage, reporting, and CI/CD integration, own defect triage, regression planning, and automation stability, and mentor junior QA engineers.
Key Qualifications:- 5 – 10 years of experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Strong knowledge of TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, Git, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools – Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of REST API testing and JSON/XML handling.
- Agile/Scrum experience with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Drive the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks using Selenium and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions.
- Design and build scalable automation frameworks that meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans and scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify and report defects, prioritize and plan regression testing, and optimize automation processes.
