The Role

We are seeking a Facilities Supervisor to join our Facilities Team in Melbourne. As a Facilities Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of day-to-day and long-term facilities management across our new Melbourne assets. You will work closely with Facilities Managers and Facilities Technicians to provide the best services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-the-ground leadership to the on-site team, coordinating activities such as deliveries and completion of tasks, 'hands-on' repairs, maintenance, and supervision of the Facilities Technicians.
  • Identify ways to provide a better experience for our residents both now and in the future.
  • Worked in a position managing a team where you have had to take a high level of responsibility.
  • Be proactive, committed, and with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills that promote positive interactions with stakeholders and residents.
  • Knowledge of safe and efficient operating procedures.
  • Experience in leading and training a team to provide amazing customer experiences.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all tasks.
