Main Responsibilities
  • Providing transportation assistance to clients for appointments and social activities
  • Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to work, health and safety guidelines
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of documentation
  • Fostering effective relationships with families, colleagues and case managers
  • Offering backup support to colleagues as needed

To be successful, you will require:

  • A current Australian Driver's License (provisional permitted)
  • A vehicle with valid insurance and registration
  • NDIS Worker's Screening certification
  • Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
  • 100 points of identification
  • Working with Children Check highly desirable

Certification in Individual Support, Mental Health, Aged Care or Community Services is highly desired.
