Ave Maria is a NDIS registered organisation based in Illawarra. We are seeking dedicated applicants to provide direct support and make a difference in the lives of people with disability.

We are looking for motivated individuals who can offer person-centered support and care to aid participants' independence, health, and well-being. Encouraging participants' involvement within the community and assisting them to achieve their goals and making their life as fulfilling as possible. Maintain service user privacy and confidentiality and treat them in a non-discriminatory manner.

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a Disability Care Support Specialist to work in our group home in Nowra which provides 24/7 care to people with disability.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Mental Health, Community Welfare or similar OR willing to enroll upon commencement of job
- A strong desire to work with people with disability.
- Minimum of 20 hours per week availability
Must be available to work flexibly across the day (shifts could include shorter or longer shifts and can vary between AM, PM and Night shifts)
