Role Overview

ClearCompany is seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Officer to lead our procurement initiatives in the Construction and Civil Works space.

About the Role

This is a 3-month role with possible extension, based in Brisbane CBD. We are looking for a knowledgeable and collaborative Senior Procurement Officer to partner strategically with senior managers in business divisions to deliver high-quality, future-focused procurement initiatives and services that support business objectives and transformational change within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with senior managers to deliver high-quality procurement initiatives and services.
  2. Provide expert advice on contract development and management, procurement strategies, offer evaluation, and consultants/contractors.
  3. Upskill and guide a team of procurement professionals to deliver best practice procurement advice and client service.
  4. Assist with the development of training and guidance materials.
  5. Support the EDQ Procurement team and manage relationships.
  6. Develop procurement plans aligned with EDQ's strategic direction.
  7. Enhance organisational decision-making through data collection and analysis.
Requirements

A Level 3 Qld government procurement certification training is mandatory for this role.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Construction and Civil Works procurements under AS4300 and AS2124.
  • Experience in Queensland IT Contracting Framework.
  • Experience with HP Trim or HP Content Manager.
