CCTV Coordinator Position

About the Role

As CCTV Coordinator, you will report directly to the Security Manager. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular audits of CCTV footage and reporting findings to senior management.
  • Testing Body Worn Cameras and identifying technical issues.
  • Downloading and storing CCTV footage as per contractual requirements.
  • Managing captured data through control and archiving systems (Axon) to store and recall footage for authorized parties when requested.
  • Facilitating the viewing of CCTV footage for management as part of incident investigation.
  • Implementing/Managing data control and archiving, complementing the development and implementation of leading-edge technology, policies and procedures.
About You

We are seeking individuals with strong work ethic, relevant experience, skills, and motivators, including:

  • A working knowledge of CCTV systems.
  • The ability to comprehend data into accurate report writing.
  • Confidence and integrity when handling sensitive material.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, working with various stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  • Previous experience in a correctional environment is desirable.
