Career Growth Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Career Growth Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering health solutions and claim resolutions that make a meaningful difference to our customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers to provide individual recommendations for the most suitable health and wellbeing products based on their needs. You'll showcase the value and benefits of these products to ensure easy decision-making and build strong relationships within the wider community.
In addition to providing product recommendations, you'll also assist existing members with day-to-day transactions, educate them on the full value of their health insurance product, and provide solutions to any identified concerns or needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Customer-centric approach: You'll take a 'customer first' approach to deliver exceptional service and build trust with our customers.
- Product knowledge: You'll have a thorough understanding of our health and wellbeing products and be able to recommend the most suitable options to customers.
- Community engagement: You'll develop business and community-based relationships to promote our brand and products, and acquire new members.
