**Job Description:**

As a Property Graduate, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial and retail properties across Sydney. This will involve scheduling regular property visits, preparing condition reports, and arranging for repairs. Additionally, you will be involved in lease management and administration, summarising leases to ensure proper financial details, managing rent reviews, and liaising with clients.

**Duties Include:**

  • Property Management: Scheduling regular property visits, preparation of condition reports, arranging for repairs
  • Lease Management and Administration: Summarising leases to ensure proper financial details, managing rent reviews
  • Landlord and Tenant Relations: Liaising with clients, maintaining records, receipting rent and chasing arrears
  • Ad Hoc: Support with preparation of reports, maintain awareness of market changes
