Salary Package

We offer an attractive salary package, estimated at AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to our successful candidate.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in South Australia, responsible for delivering road infrastructure projects across the region. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be accountable for managing and coordinating supervisors, site engineers, and sub-contractors to meet quality requirements.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and problem-solve while managing stakeholder interests. If you have a degree-level qualification in Engineering (Civil) and 5+ years' experience in project delivery, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate supervisors, site engineers, and sub-contractors to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Daily cost tracking and budgeting to understand cost-to-complete.
  • Liaise with community, council, and service authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Identify and capture variations and EOTs to minimize delays and costs.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify design and constructability issues and provide efficient solutions that consider stakeholder interests.
