We are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to join our property development team as a Strategic Land Development Analyst. This key role will support the growth strategy of our business by providing advanced financial modelling and analysis of project feasibilities, budgets, and cashflows management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic land development objectives through financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and reporting using tools like ARGUS Estate Master and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyse project budgets, cashflows, forecasts, and KPIs, including risk and sensitivity assessments to support investment decisions.
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate project performance data, ensuring alignment across accounting and development teams.
  • Provide regular reporting on project performance, milestones, financials, and operational impacts for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with due diligence, research, and acquisition assessments for new development opportunities.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, supporting scalable systems and efficient workflows.
  • Contribute to ongoing risk management, compliance, and the promotion of brand integrity and quality.

This role requires a self-motivated, analytical professional with a strong interest in property and a passion for high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in property, finance, accounting, or similar, with 5+ years' experience in property development, valuations, or advisory roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced skills in financial modelling and feasibility analysis using ARGUS Estate Master (DF, DM, CC) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to research, interpret, and present market data to support commercial decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and keen individual who is keen to contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused team.
