A highly respected civil contractor seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex infrastructure projects across New South Wales.

With a strong focus on quality, safety, and innovation, they maintain long-term relationships with key government bodies and private developers.

This is an opportunity for a motivated and capable Project Manager to step into a leadership role with high-profile projects.

The Role

This position will see you lead and manage on-site teams, overseeing subcontractors and suppliers, driving program delivery, and ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards.

  • Full project lifecycle management from procurement to handover

  • Stakeholder and client liaison, including interface with authorities such as local councils

  • Budget, program, and performance oversight

  • Management of site personnel, subcontractors, and project engineers

  • Reporting, forecasting, and contract administration

  • Risk identification and mitigation

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate diverse infrastructure projects

  • Develop and implement effective project strategies

  • Ensure timely completion and budget adherence

  • Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships

Ideal Candidate

You will ideally have:

  • 5+ years' experience in project management or senior engineering roles

  • Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects

  • Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and procedures

  • A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
